How did you hear about the playgroup?

As soon as a place becomes available I understand that I will receive a telephone call regarding my child starting and will discuss preferred sessions at this point. If my details change I will let the Playgroup know immediately.

Once a place has been offered and accepted, I understand that to hold this place a £20.00 non refundable administration fee will be required to be paid within 5 working days.
